Empowering Leaders to Empower the World
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
The Center shares the same general purpose and mission as
all
Fourniér companies. It is also a one-stop shop for
everything the Fourniér
Group of Companies offers, meaning that virtually
all Fourniér products and services can be acquired
through this single tax-deductible entity.
In addition to the general mission of ‘permanently empowering human beings with control over their lives and wellbeing’, the Fournier Center for Empowerment’s more specific mission is to assist the staff, volunteers and ‘clients’ of other non-profit groups in becoming more fulfilled, effective, self-actualized contributors and leaders in all areas of their lives. This means that in addition to providing tools to empower their clients, we first support the organization and its staff with these tools and programs, recognizing that the most effective way of empowering any group or entity is by creating an empowering culture, and doing so from the TOP down. And the most powerful way for them to master these principles and insights is by teaching them.

We accomplish this goal, in part, by providing other non-profit groups with our programs, tools and on-going support … for FREE. We recognize that an organization is only as empowered as the people who run it; thus by first supporting the staff and volunteers in becoming more fully empowered, The Center is ultimately better able to support and empower their clients.
