What IS the Course of Action?
The Course of Action focuses on the PERMANENT growth &transformation of individuals, groups, employees and organizations. Winner of The Gold National VISION Award (for ‘Innovation in the field of Human Behavior’), this patent-pending program was designed to create permanent transformation through a revolutionary personal development process.
The course materials apply to all areas of life, including: career, health, fitness, athletics, planning & goal setting, self-esteem, marriage, parenting, education, character development, balance, self-reliance, team skills, empowered leadership, communication, relationships, problem solving, time and chaos management, overcoming overwhelm, increasing initiative, accountability, achievement, innovation and prosperity.
Creator Mark Fourniér spent over 30 years studying personal empowerment courses and programs, searching for a formula that could guarantee consistent, permanent and powerful transformations in the lives of those involved. The ‘Course of Action’ and ‘Center for Empowerment Support Network’ are the results of that effort.
This action-oriented course helps participants master the core elements of human nature that determine our entire ‘life experience’ as well as the fundamental principles behind all human achievement, prosperity and well-being. This empowered ‘state’ is accomplished in part through a fun series of lessons, exercises and assignments which are designed to help participants apply these character-building principles on a daily basis to their real-life needs and goals… thus generating ‘immediate and measurable results’ as well. The participants are then fully supported through this process by our Support Network until these new states develop into the irrevocable habits of permanently empowered individuals, leaders, teammates, communicators, innovators, decision-makers, parents, spouses and highly effective problem solvers.
