Corporate Programs

 

Thank you for your interest in our Corporate Empowerment Programs. Our flagship program is called The Course of Action, followed by our advanced program entitled Beyond Leadership. Participants in our courses are also supported through a membership to our Empowerment Support Network . The Fournier Center for Empowerment also provides training, key notes, seminars and retreats to further support your efforts.

 

The cost of the Course of Action and Support Network is:
$9.99 per month per person (paid one year in advance) plus $149 per person for each course guidebook.

The course is rolled out to corporations in a number of ways, however, the ideal method is by beginning with a top executive or manager (the higher up the better) and having that person go through the course with one of our In-house staff (The fee for leading this person through the course and teaching them how to lead others through the course is $20 per session (times 12 sessions); $240 (in addition to the above listed costs). Only one person from the corporation needs to pay for this additional training, however, if it is determined by the corporation that a larger team needs to be guided through the course (and taught to lead it) by OUR team, up to five more staff members may be added to this team for a total of six participants at $240 per person.

The reason why only one person really needs be lead through the training by our team is due to the exponential growth of the program; once the initial individual has reached the 4th session (four weeks into the course) they are then allowed to begin leading up to six others through the course who are then allowed to do the same with six others (each) in just four more weeks and so on. By rolling the course out in this fashion it creates top-down Empowered Leadership. Through this exponential roll-out only 43 individuals will be involved in the course by the end of the first 12 weeks, however, by the 16th week an additional 216 are added, by the 20th week an additional 1,296 and by the 24th week… up to 7,776 more individuals can be involved in the program

The Course of Action was designed to create positive shifts in the culture of any organization offering it. The more employees who participate in the program the more positive and productive the staff becomes. In addition to creating an entirely new way of ‘being’ for the staff, the course promotes Empowered Leadership and Team Mastery, which go far beyond conventional leadership and team building principles.

Although the curriculum is experienced in a 12-week cycle, the best results occur by continuing to go through it indefinitely, just as a health and fitness program is best when continued for life.

The Course of Action treats each employee as a WHOLE, addressing ALL aspects of their life and thereby helps to create all-around healthier and more balanced employees.
